All products sold by Candles House are non-returnable. Once an order has been delivered, it cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

Refund Policy

We follow a No Refund Policy. Once a purchase has been completed, no refunds will be issued.

Important Note

If you receive the wrong product or if your product is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your parcel. You must provide clear photos of the product along with your order details. In the case of a valid claim, Candles House will provide an appropriate resolution at its discretion.
